Our aim at Seashellscents.com is to make you happy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) to us in its original condition within ten days of shipment. All returned products must be undamaged, in original packaging, and able to be re-sold.
Before shipping the item(s), please follow these steps:

From there, we will get back to you within 24 hours (business hours), providing the shipping address.
Please note: the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. The refund will occur once the item(s) arrive(s) at our warehouse.
In case of product defects, Seashellscents.com will happily cover the return shipping cost, providing a full refund.
